If Mike got into VR porn he'd need someone with VR experience to show him the ropes. It's very different from making 2D porn and comes with a lot of unique challenges. Being good at one doesn't translate to being good at the other. He's been shooting the same type of video for over a decade, and you know what they say about old dogs and new tricks.
His scenes are often shot handheld, which generally is not a good idea for VR. I think it can work if the camera movement is very smooth with a gimbal, but nobody wants to see shaky-ass VR porn. Shooting on tripods is ideal but involves more preparation in setting up shots for good angles.
Most of his shots are Non-POV which personally I'd like to see more of in VR, especially with good close-up angles like the ones Mike shoots. There are just so many angles that are impossible to capture with strict POV, like shots of a girl's ass from behind as she rides a dick, close-up angles of a girl giving a blowjob, etc. So I'd like to see someone capture these types of non-POV angles in VR, whether it's Mike or not.
