AlexSLR Thanks, Alex! OK, this is going to sound bizarre, but it's what I'm seeing.
Using SLR Originals as the example studio, and going from its newest to oldest, all passthrough videos starting with "Mia River in Your Room" through "Chanel Camryn in Your Room" (inclusive) often just sit with the orange loading circle spinning in the web player, even after waiting an inordinate amount of time. Right now, I just tested "Luxe La Fox In Your Room" and "Veni Vidi Vixi" and saw that behavior. It does not seem to have to do with whether playback is resuming, as far as I can tell. And it didn't matter whether I dropped video quality. All the segments show on the timeline, and thumbnail scrubbing works--the video just doesn't play. My Internet connection is fast and stable.
On the other hand, all SLR Original passthrough videos released subsequently from the Chanel Camryn one--from "Let her lay" on--without exception, start playing within five seconds of their selection. Also, the problem never occurs ANY non-passthrough videos, even the newer releases.
I'll add this qualification: The newer vids that often don't play? Once in a while, one of them WILL play as expected. Weird.
