Would it be possible to code a "save PT preferences" toggle switch within the DEOvr app?

Something that would turn on PT and retain slider settings for every video streamed so that users don't have to turn it on and reset sliders every time they watch a new video.

Huge convenience factor for us PT lovers.

VRLover69 currently if you switch on PT toggle it stays on until you switch it off.
What you mentioned is a separate toggle to save PT settings for each video separately, so you don't have to set them again once you come back to the video, correct?

Kieshi not exactly. When I stream a video, I turn on PT and slide the 1st three sliders to a "works for most" position and then I adjust the 4th to taste. When I close that video and click on a new video, PT is no longer turned on and the sliders are all reset back to zero.

It does seem to save the settings if I go back to a video I've already watched. But I have to redo it for every new video I watch. That's my minor peeve.

Yeah it's super annoying. Honestly I think they should just get rid of the saturation and brightness personally, because 95% of the time you have to have both at 100 to get PT to work. Very rarely would you put them anywhere else. and also 95% of the time the only slider you're really moving is the range. So, They should just keep them set to 100 and then maybe change it to a +/- if you want to change the effect it has. Would make it less confusing and easier to use imo with less options.

But it does, if I set a pt setting and come back later to watch it the pt setting is still there how I left it.

If it's not working for you like that then it could be your data saving options, example on meta...I think if you turn it off, any settings you make to apps won't save, and apps you Uninstall but install again they won't have any settings you previously made.

Vrsumo2017 it's new videos that I'm talking about. I may rewatch a video a couple times at most and yes it saves the settings for that.
