Max2 and DeoVR

I have a premium account with scripts with quest 2 and 3 . I have max2 and a paid DeoVR app. App won't connect with max2 on either headset. I signed into SLR through DeoVR browser and settings show scanning but no connection. Max2 works wth lovense mobile app and is up to date firmware. Is there a better place to get support? Anyone have any idea that I might try? Maybe the Max2 firmware is the issue but i have no way of knowing .Thanks a lot!

jmacie - Make sure your lovense is unpaired everywhere else before trying to connect direct through DeoVR (turn off those devices to be sure)

RealcumberScripts Thanks haptic connect only just starts a pattern of intensity that doesn't change rhythm with the scene script. And I did turn off bluetooth in my phone and the Max2 isn't paired anywhere else. But I absolutely appreciate your help. Thanks and I'll reply if i get an answer. I know people say they will reply and don't but someone may benefit if i reply. I think it might have something to do with their firmware. I will ultimately contact lovense about the firmware. jmacie No worries - thats good to hear that haptics connect actualy recognizes your Max 2, hence it activating once connected

While connected, When you stream a script from the Sex Toy category on SLR, can you see the name of the script in the 'player' tab show up in haptics connect app? This will confirm that the script is indeed active and means you are fully connected
