SchnuppiLilac could it be that the other sites have them under contract and they need to wait for the contract to run down? I don’t know how it works.

Maybe the other aggregators are nowhere near the same level as SLR so they’re not as bothered about leaving stuff on there? Like you say, it’s strange to remove yourself from one site (the biggest by far as I understand it) and stay on others.

The in-house production at SLR has also been hit-or-miss. You are spending a fortune to shoot separate, censored films for the Japanese market (instead of just censoring classic SLR films and re-releasing them there); as well, you have budgeted for a Trans SLR Originals before doing a gay SLR Originals (as if the Trans market is bigger than the gay market).

well, I am a simple user and I do not have the same point of view as slr (whom I respect); I just want to say: that I had a good time with reality lovers and I thank them for it (as they probably thank me for the money that came from my wallet lol: it's a contract! ); and I hope that they will subsequently do good things at slr or elsewhere (in any case I am also a lifetime subscriber to vrporn: don't put all your eggs in one basket lol)

Can't say they were my favorite studio, but going back and reviewing their videos -- wow, they have been on SLR for a long time. Which reminds me of how long I've been using this site. Which reminds me that I'm getting old.

There are 2 good Reality Lovers scenes, out of 298. Obviously it's not good to see any studio leaving, but I'm not too upset about this departure, personally.

Wonder if they're pulling their content from other aggregate sites as well. Just looked on RealityLovers main site and they're subscription prices are ridiculous. It's $20 per month for streaming only, and $40 per month if you want to be able to download the videos. Who would pay that for a site that has an update once every week or two? I like their non-pov vids because they do it a lot better than most, but with the infrequency of updates and with the videos they have, there is so much other content out there that can watch without having to dish out an extra $40 per month to get maybe two updates during that span, and have to hope I actually like the one or two scenes they put out per month to feel like I'm getting anywhere close to my money's worth. I can't imagine this being a sustainable business model for a company that doesn't produce a lot of content, especially in a still niche market like VR.

I think the same company owns RealityLovers.com and VRPorn.com so there's at least one aggregator that will likely retain their content.

fuccaneer It look like they're gone from VRPorn as well (without any warning either). I think VRPorn owns VRBangers and VRConk, but not RealityLovers.

POVR still has them for the time being...

So, if you're like me and wondering why the videos seem to be pulled early, it seems the deadline was 1/1/2024 at 00:00 UTC. Gotta remind myself SLR doesn't do anything based on my own time zone. 😞

so basically i saw that i was nerfed down to about 30 downloads....wasn't sure how much time i wanted to spend on picking which 30 for 54 pages of 12 videos.

ended up downloading a total of zero clips 🙂

quite possible if they allowed me to download more from this producer who was leaving...i woulda ended up with the same result

think there are other sites where can go hog wild picking these clips up OR start alternating memberships every few months to different places that carry the different things.

managing this data on hard drives kinda sucks , so lean in that direction

Kinda annoyed about these studios leaving, i don't browse the forums regularly so end up missing these announcements a lot, especially when the bell notifcation thing just spams up to +1000 notifications pretty quickly. Just spent awhile looking for a scene i wanted to watch that i knew was on here and discovered i've missed it by less than a month. Since i have lifetime membership i naturally don't purchase videos anymore and now i'm screwed over for it and to be able to watch it again whenever i want i would now need to pay for a 3 month sub to their studio to be able to download a video i already had access to just last month.
Tbh removed videos should act like they do if they've been purchased for lifetime members.

think we have to assume these clips will be gone at some point and either download the ones you like (which they kinda don't want you to btw as streaming is so great)...but quick unilateral decisions like being made and all negative for the premium holder

logged in after a week of not logging in. had to enter the app thru the meta browser and it doesn't really work...so hopefully this gets fixed. the app took me to the non-sex clips that people upload

There is a new default page setting in the app (in global settings) which takes you to deovr.com. You can remove the URL, change the URL or turn it off.
