  • Only 3 Ai scripts per month?

I've just noticed the same, the AI script quota went down from 10 to 3! 3!!! 🤯.

This really needs looking at. I can't think of a single paid for quota of anything, with any company, that has ever been reduced to 30% of its original value just like that. It's unheard of.

I bought the subscription on the strength of that AI quota, I paid for a year, so this is really disappointing to see a couple of months in when I had such positive feelings towards AI scripts.

Combine this with how a script to a video currently comes out of your quota again whenever it's updated and the script subscription has gone from good value to the polar opposite. I must confess I never would have touched the script subscription under the current terms and it makes me wary of any SLR subscription other than a monthly one.

Please revisit this as you have the makings of a great service with all the fantastic work you're doing with AI scripts. And please don't dismiss this thread as just haters or negativity, this is more than just a nitpick - a product has been reduced to 30% of its value mid-subscription without warning. That is enormous.

This is a genuine request to course correct on something that will remove so much goodwill with script subscribers. Things have been going so well and you can very easily get back there again!

    I wouldn't have much of a problem with a 3 AI script limit IF we got the updated version of scripts already claimed.

      When you download them yes, but if the AI script gets updated it wants you to use another credit to download that (unless it's changed?).

        Agreed here. This just destroyed value of annual or lifetime subscriptions. There's no meaningful reason to reduce those of us who paid for 10 AI scripts a month to suddenly be left with a fraction of the value. Please restore to 10!

          I second this. I notice your dislike of monthly subscribers, but actions like these drive people away from annual and lifetime subs like you wouldnt believe. Put yourself in the customer's shoes: How would you feel if I signed up from my subscription at $30.00 a month, but a few months in I decided that I would only pay you $9.00 a month (30% of its value)? Just like @Ior1yagami said - it removes subscriber goodwill. Not to mention that AI scripts are NOT the equal of handcrafted scipts, so they shouldnt have the same quota. And redownloads of scripts that were generated poorly when they are fixed should absolutely not cost another credit. Do I pay Micrsoft or Apple or literally any other company when they release a patch for a bit of code to correct an error? That's what regened scripts are - correcting an error. We shouldn't be penalized for them.

            doublevr When I purchased the script lifetime sub less than two months ago, I believed I was getting 13 scripts a month (3 great ones, 10 that were fine). I went into that with high confidence because I had a good experience with my original SLR sub. I did the math on those numbers and decided the lifetime script sub was worth it. Cutting to 3 AI would have totally changed my analysis there. I think you need to refund half of the lifetime sub if this is where it's going.

            Also If there's an upcoming price and download limit change, why would ya'll mess with the limits now? Just restore them until that next round of changes happens. Unless you think that next round is gonna get worse or stay the same as it is now, it could only hurt goodwill with customers (as you're seeing here). Without addressing this, if there is another future sub offered from SLR, I'll be thinking twice about it now.

              Really dissapointing, the price for the ai scripts seem to have gone up too! I was considering getting the lifetime sub knowing that I can download 10 ai and 3 regular scripts per month. Now I wont bother!

              Sooner or later Ai tech will advance to the level where we can generate scripts on the fly with plugins for free. its really not costing anything for SLR so this is a very greedy move which will no doubt destroy all the good will the company has built up over the years!!! SLR needs to rethink this decision in the boardroom with some 🥃 and 💃 s

                  DrLove That's exactely my Opinion. First off, their discription still says ''The download limits for AI script downloads are now at 10 per user, plus three human-scripted scripts for everyone with access to SLR Premium + Scripts. They are also available for $3.99 pay-per-script''

                  People Subscribe for 13 SAcripts, but only get 6. Not a nice move

                  Than they take 3,99$ for a AI Scripts, either if it is 12mins long or an Hour. A AI Scripts 20mins long, shouldn't cost 3,99$ maybe 1,99$.

                  AI Scripting is no hard work for them, if their AI Scripting Programm is optimized. From that Day on, the Money Win is 100%, minus the few Hours of electricity cost for the PC.

                  After downgrade the AI Scripts downloads in the Subscription from 10 to 3, the only Fair Move could be, to finally add a Discount System (maybe Buy 5 get 10% off, Buy 10 get 20% of and buy 20,get 30% off)

                  And than there is a really bad Point. Why is there no Option, to put Multiply Scripts in a Basket and pay them all together?!?!? My CC got banned for the Second Time, 'cause to CC Company thought my Card got stolen, because there are so many 3,99$ buys from the same End in a very short Time
