Issue with Connecting SLR APP and SLR interactive

I've searched the forum for a similar situation and I haven't found one. I have a note9 with gearVR running the SLA APP (SLR GearVR) and I have a pixel3xl running the SLR Interactive. I can't get SLA Interactive to connect to the SLA APP ( Connect to SLA Interactive is checked, both phones have the ability to ping each other through the wireless internal network, I am logging in with same username on both ). Is there anything else to look at to make this work?

So after logging in and out of the SLR Interactive app I'm now able to connect, but none of the video's are activating the launch. I've used the filter to only choose interactive videos. Anything else to try?

hhorse99 Which video did you try? Did you purchase the video and do you have access to the script? You can check on the desktop site, if you have a download link.

SamSuppVR I didn't purchase the video, i did subscribe to premium i was assuming that the subscription would include access to the vids and scripts.

hhorse99 Scripts are a separate purchase. Should work if you have both access to the video and access to the script. If you open a video and the script is still available for purchase, you have to buy it first.

Just an update on getting the SLR interactive to connect every time. I have to turn off cellular data on the phone that is running on for it to work. I didn't see that in any of the guides that I came across.

hhorse99 Both apps have to be on the same network to work.
Did you have both Wi-fi and cellular data enabled?
