Hi Guys, so my country is blocking all the adult site and i have to use VPN to access SLR from my phone and Quest 3. I already subscribe premium + script and want to connect Lovense Max 2 via haptic connect. I've followed all the procedure but it shows "player is not found in the connected network"

I tried to close haptic connect and re-open it but it still show me the same message..

Is it because of VPN?

      RealcumberScripts yes i can confirm i did exactly as mention above...

      but still it shows "Player is not connected in the connected network"

      I already tried to reinstall HC, turn all permission..

      Is there any chance that my VPN is interupting the connection?

          vrdhp21 VPN through an app? See if there are settings about tunneling and how applications can or cannot get around the network. If you're at home (which given how SLR works, the probability is high), it may make more sense to have your router act as the VPN client instead of the device as it could reduce these kinds of issues from happening.

            you can also try turning off your VPN just to see if it ends up connecting

            Also double check you are on the same exact wifi network (including same 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz)

            Also make sure you tried the troubleshooting tip:

            • Press the purple X button to close the app, and then relaunch haptics connect. You might need to do this 2x/3x times just in case, but it should fully connect afterwards!
