Kris_SLR I noticed that the alpha packing was not working for me, it was just the regular PT. How do we actually get the alpha to work?

    Kris_SLR Disregard, my dumbass just realized what happened. Even thought I was enabling PT I never realized until now that the actual "A" icon for alpha was not enabled or selected by default for my app. I just had to click on it and it works perfectly. Thanks!

        SchnuppiLilac yes, thank you, it was likely always working, it was just my dumbass didnt notice I had to actually click on the "A" to activate alpha. Thanks!

            metichemsi Glad to hear that it has been fixed now. And you couldn't notice the A in the previous versions of DeoVR because it wasn't there when using DLNA.

              This Release Candidate plays videos more smoothly than the latest live build. However, I have been unable to activate passthrough for content streamed from my computer. Can you confirm that I am not missing any steps? I have installed the latest RC version on my phone, Quest 3 headset, and through SteamVR (build numbers visible). I have used the Oculus App to activate passthrough via my computer in Developer Mode. My computer is mid-to-high end. In Deo I select the PT video I want to stream and in the left options menu select passthrough, and activste the A. When I do this the background goes black. There is no passthrough. One potential concern is that my network, which is 6e, runs with encryption, and I also have the default encryption from VirtualDesktop.

                [deleted] are you using DLNA tho? Its supported and works perfectly fine through DLNA, use something like Plex, its free and super simple.

                  Hey I noticed yall added more zooming into the 6dof slider, now it has more motion zoom, on pico 4 I noticed it.

                        What is this about ? Have been tested on both versions and dont see anything like this ? Does it work for downloaded files at all ?

                            redsazxcr Agreed! I’ve been waiting for this on quest for a while now. It’s one of the more important features for me.
