I think there are (at least) 3 different ways of doing Freeuse
The guy "is not there" and has his way with women while they are doing ordinary things like cleaning, putting on makeup, getting dressed/undressed, preparing food, etc. The women are not aware of the sex/groping/naked.
The woman is aware of the guy but not 'aware' of him having sex or groping/undressing her - usually they are having a regular conversation
The women are aware they are being groped/naked/having sex but no reaction
For me probably 1 & 2 are best
I think an important part of Freeuse is the performer(s) having a regular (non-sexual) conversation throughout the scene, with the women doing most of the talking
