      Hey andman24 , can you create a support ticket if that's easier? Just open up a support ticket by following this link and you can attach a screenshot there. Let us know the ticket number so we can pick it up immediately!

          I was able to create a ticket, but unfortunately there was no option to attach an image

          I have now attached the image to the email and sent it back to slr.
