Hey diwanga , when using Safari on your iPhone, make sure that you have enabled the Request Mobile website when watching a video if you have this set to Request Desktop website, this won't ask for camera permissions to open.
You can check the below screenshot on how to change this:
Keep in mind that if it's showing Request Desktop website that means it's set correctly. Once that's done, just in case completely close Safari, restart your iPhone, and try to open the webpage again.

[deleted] For me, it worked out of the box on a newer iPhone, but it happened several times that Safari froze when trying to activate the camera. Moreover, I had the impression that the phone got quite warm after using it for a while, but not sure if related to PT.

SchnuppiLilac Thanks for sharing, that's good to know! When I tested this on my iPhone (14 Pro Max with iOS 17.0.3) it wasn't working immediately but after performing a restart it worked like a charm!
As for the phone getting warm, I'm getting that with any app that uses constant camera access, so it's more related to the phone itself rather than a PT.
I got it to work but my camera is square instead of full screen portrait

Hey Vrsumo2017, can you share what type of device (iOS or Android) are you using, as well as the FW version (iOS or Android version) of it?

I can zoom in my camera to make it full portrait but then the model looks small.
But uh, this has potential tho

Vrsumo2017 I'm not sure if this is affected by the browser you were using, did you check passthrough with the native Samsung browser as well as Chrome? For example, when I was previously testing it, on Chrome it was working fine as opposed to Safari, so would be worth a shot checking that as well!
But, as doublevr said, I wouldn't as well expect it to work perfectly on older phones.
[deleted] I have the same iOS version and phone (except for the Max), but I had been accessing the mobile website before.
Regarding the freezing of Safari, it looks like it's happening when you turn the camera on while the stream is still loading/buffering, which might happen when there are other downloads going on in parallel and the bandwith is limited.

Hey what this symbol mean
I like this setting the most cuz it moves like a camera, example say I'm laying down and model is virtually on top of me I can move my phone/cam up like aiming at her face and it all stays together, her image and my room as one, but one Lil problem I can't move her where I want.
The other settings if I move my phone/cam just my room moves, example she on top of me if I aim up wards just my background moves but she don't.
If any of that makes sense. 
Maybe someone else can use that setting and explain.
I wanna say the other settings are drag mode
And that symbol is magic window mode, it moves like a camera

That icon in the pic, its function gets kinda wacky so I have to exit out of Samsung and reopen it and it works as it should again

Vrsumo2017 Hey, when I test this option it works okay, but after seeing your edit it seems you figured it out by exiting and reopening the browser again!
Vrsumo2017 this is a gyro mode (gyroscope), we will be improving that in the near future ️
We need to be able to adjust the model position with fingers while being in gyro. Passthrough is nearly impossible to adjust without that option
Ticoune3000 just to clarify, you want to be able to zoom and rotate the model in gyro mode?

Yes, exactly.
To be able to put the model at the perfect spot with the fingers, then I can move the cellphone around and she "stays" virtualy at the spot I choosed.
It would also help for non-passthrough videos; we could make quick adjustment with the fingers of the scene in gyro, without the need to go in and out of gyro to reset the "center point".
