Hey @"dineshweb"#p60484 , can you send us a link to a video that is showing you error 404? I just did a test from my end with [Electrified Imagination](https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/electrified-imagination-37033) and everything worked fine when being logged out.

I am using Google Chrome in incognito mode when testing this out as well as Safari in private mode.

Hey alkory Hairsational , this is currently available when accessing the SLR website from the web browser but I'm sure that the devs are working on implementing this feature in the DeoVR app as well!

Yes, it would be good to have the upcoming scenes/trailers in DeoVR so we can watch the trailers in VR.

Released scene's trailer is working fine, but the upcoming scene's trailer is not working irrespective of any studio

eg: Royal Consort 2.

Same I was using the chrome in incognito mode, not only SLRO videos all the studios upcoming scene is getting that error, but if the scene is released then it's working fine.

[deleted] I noticed that when not signed in you can watch trailers in private mode while at the same time in regular mode there will be a pop-up to go premium instead. Is the number of trailers you can watch supposed to be limited?

dineshweb I am really doing my best to reproduce this error but I am not able to at all, tried 3 browsers: Safari, Firefox and Chrome and none of them are showing this error, and I'm only looking at the upcoming tab. 😥

Can you try checking the same thing on your mobile phone? That way we can isolate the issue.

SchnuppiLilac, there is a view cap for the trailers where guest users can watch 3 trailers until the pop-up comes up. Can you confirm what browser you are using when watching trailers in incognito mode?

[deleted] To visit the website as a guest, I used Safari Version 17.0 (17616.1.27.111.22, 17616). Just have confirmed it on my end: Pop-up appears in regular mode and trailer will not play, while the trailer for the same video will play in private mode.

SchnuppiLilac hi, we will be adding extra checks to prevent this, current limitation is 3 trailers for both guest and non-paying users.

dineshweb Hey, I'm afraid that this is not supported for quite some time now. You can access videos and trailers through a regular video browser on your mobile phone only.
