Hey, is this happening on all videos or for some specific ones (if yes, send us a link to those). Also, can you please advise how are you accessing our website?

    I see that there is a new tab called Subtitles and that is what turns on/off the captions. So my prob is fixed. But I access through a Meta VR headset.

      If you are accessing content via the DeoVR app via a VR headset, can you press this icon as shown in the screenshot?
