I see it more like advertising than "we need to exchange X number of scenes that are of equal value". If VRConk shows 5-10 of the best SLRO scenes that their customers have not seen before, it can likely lead to new SLRO customers who want more scenes of that quality. And vice-versa for SLR subscribers who like the kind of cosplay that VRConk has to offer.
