Using Chrome on iPad: Log into SLR website profile, connect to HC app. The HC app launches back to SLR in chrome and select video click the video+haptics button and it doesn't launch the app, only brings me to the SLR Haptics landing page with the option to get the HC app or purchase the Handy. Is there a step i am missing to play flat videos on the iPad? Thanks

Flat videos on iPad do not launch the HC app
