Will65 There's a lot to unpack here. You seem to have your mind made up, and that's totally fine - but I happen to disagree with most of what you mentioned. Though I 100% agree that we can always do better when it comes to any sort of feedback and responding to users.
But just as a frame of reference - we've also have hugely popular and highly praised scenes out recently, along with scenes that are less popular. That's totally normal - some scenes will be more popular than others. Even the Luna Fae scene that you mentioned as having critical comments is at 1.6k favorites after less than a week, so obviously it is popular despite some users complaining mostly about either her acting (which is not something we control) or the background music (which we are already working on a version without after the feedback users gave).
Coming from the user side myself and as a fan of VR content for years, I don't think there's a producer that comes anywhere close to us in terms of making adjustments or even specific scenes/castings based on user feedback. But that's all subjective and I'm obviously biased.
People also tend to forget (or just aren't aware) of how massive our backlog of scenes is. So when comments about a specific thing come out, whether that's (for example) a lack of pussy closeups or something else entirely, there's no "quick fix". It could literally be months before adjustments start to show up in scenes. Fortunately sometimes we can fix this issue, such as most of the distortion/scaling issues caused by the 8k camera that are now far better, but sometimes it's issues that have to wait until new content is shot and then released months later.
And then there's a large portion of comments that are literally just personal opinions about models or content or scenery. Things and opinions that vary from user to user, which again - in porn is fully expected.
You yourself have done a great job on occasions in providing useful feedback, but then other times such as with yesterday's release just make comments like "this sucks and you guys suck", which doesn't give us a lot to work with.
