Connection Error: Operation has timed out

Was able to connect fine a few months ago. I try to launch SLR today and it says Connection Error: Operation has timed out. Have already seen all previous threads about it, I can download the beta's fine but they don't help, still give a connection error.

It hasn't worked for me for months. Used to be completely fine. I get the connection error thing too or if I download the beta its a grey scene with the spinning loading circle. I got the app from the SLR website. I'm on PC using Rift S.
