These are what I value the most:
1) Massive library that can be personalised
SLR has such a massive library of videos from so many different studios. There's something for everyone no matter what you're into.
In addition, the hide feature lets you personalise SLR's massive library so it only shows the videos you want to watch. For me, it's condensed the library down to a few thousand videos, but practically every video is something I genuinely enjoy. This is a much better experience than on other websites, where I might only like about 10%.
2) Personalised Feed
My feed is also customised to my tastes. The hide feature remembers everything I've blocked including actresses that I don't find attractive, the studios that don't shoot the kind of content I enjoy and fetishes that I'm not into.
The result is a much more relevant feed. Most incoming videos are videos that I genuinely want to check out.
3) Time Tags & Recently Released Solo Function
Often, I want to skip straight to my preferred positions on videos. SLR makes it easy to do this by clearly marking the time tags. The recently released solo feature makes it even easier.
On other websites, I have to guess multiple times before I find the right time stamp. Sometimes, the video might not even have the positions I'm after so I skip around the entire video pointlessly.
4) Scripts
Your ever-growing script library is a huge plus for me. Once I set up my handy, it was so easy to play scripted videos on SLR.
5) Stream Quality
The streaming experience is unmatched. On other websites, I sometimes experience so much buffering that it's simply unwatchable. It might also require a lot of navigating through menus before I'm able to stream a video.
6) Models - Talent Scouting
In the past, SLR was great at talent scouting. You were the first to bring incredibly beautiful talent like Agatha Vega, Eve Sweet, Kitty Cam and Katrina Reed into hardcore VR porn.
It made you leaders in casting and other studios could only follow suit, after the initial excitement of their hardcore VR debuts had gone away.

Hi @proslr well I didn't quite say that in those words (I am more active on SLR forums now than Wankz forums), but Wankz has been around longer. years before SLR had a forum. At SLR, I joined as a premium subscriber pretty much as soon as the service launched, and I joined the forum as soon as it launched too. If you look at my profile, Feb 2020 is my forum join date here. At Wankz, my join date was 2016 (along with many other VR porn enthusiasts). So, naturally, all the OGs of the VR porn community converse there. It generally has a much more fun vibe, people know each other's personalities, watching habits, to a certain extent even personal lives... there are a lot more shoot-the-shit threads talking about other things than just Wankz itself. It is a good community that's not so hyper-focused on their own product.
Here at SLR community, it's much more business-minded, a lot more heated debates and frustrating conversations. A lot of people here don't seem to get along, and there can be a ton of hostility, which is never a good thing.
However, as I mentioned originally, the thing I really do appreciate about the SLR forums is that because it is more business-minded. No other studio receives and incorporates feedback as much as SLR does. Yes, it depends on the director, team, crew, technology limitations, etc, but I actually feel like my requests/feedbacks are being heard here. So many other studios don't have that. The Wankz team do read all the threads on the forum, but they do not respond like the SLR team does here. Also, SLR Originals (for my personal preferences) are pretty much where my interest lies (I don't use the SLR app anymore), and to me, SLRO content is some of the best out there, some scenes by a long shot. So I appreciate that.

I think it was basically like 2 weeks between being made a mod and shifting to actual employment with SLR, so you're not far off. Technically nothing is preventing me from still posting on other forums like I used to back in the day, but I think it would feel disingenuous.
proslr Hell yea you are, at the core that is what has kept me here more than anything, these damn forums. I feel like I stay on the bleeding edge of VR gear and tech developments. Dont forget to fill us in on that damn canon mod 
Scripts! Thanks to @RealcumberScripts and everyone else on the team for working so hard and striving for excellence. No other company comes close regarding script quality + quantity, as well as value.
Some companies have no real way of interacting with staff. Those that embrace feedback and respond to it with active forums will always be appreciated, and I would add WVR and CVR (sometimes) to that group of responsive companies, even though those two have dropped the ball re scripts IMHO.
I was pretty sceptical of passthrough, but recent scenes have finally, I think, proven the value of the idea. When done well (and that's no easy task) it's a very cool and immersive concept.
My only real criticism is the insistence of DEO as being the only way to stream the service. It's totally understandable - if you want to watch Netflix you have to use the Netflix app. It's just Heresphere is a vastly superior player, in terms of advanced features and image correction, especially when combined with XBVR. DEO has a pretty interface and great features for passthrough, haptics, VR cam girls, streaming, but falls down in terms of controls, image correction and previews / tags / ratings of downloaded scenes. My internet also sucks, so streaming 8k content is not viable for me.
