I've a new issue in google browser and in DeoVR relate to giving a tip.

POST https://bss.dreamcamtrue.com/api/clients/v1/tips 500 (Internal Server Error)
dreamcam-player-1.1.8.js:1 Can't send tips Response {type: 'cors', url: 'https://bss.dreamcamtrue.com/api/clients/v1/tips', redirected: false, status: 500, ok: false, …}

In DeoVR i see another message while giving a tip.

I have to click on "send" button between 5-10 times before tip goes through.

allwaysFun Hey, I got the update, Dreamcam is having scheduled technical updates and it should be finished in a few hours, hence the reason why the tips aren't working as expected.

Hello, i gave a tip and that works at once, but the 2nd tip ends in error message.

Even in DeoVR i get the same errors as in SLR App.

Hey @SchnuppiLilac , I think that belongs to a different thread. 🤔 If you're talking about a page limit, you are correct, the team is working on resolving that.

after my holidays i have now the situation, that my login on website ends always in "HTTP ERROR 500", so i'm no able to give any tips to the girls.
Here in forum i'm still logged in.
Do you have any news about this topic in general and what can i do to get rid of this stupid "http 500" error?

ok, with FireFox the login works, because there i see the captcha check box, but not in google chrome, to which i've switched to due the video problem....
So, only the question about the current state is left.

no, i haven't and i don't think it has anything to with that.
As far i read those "http 5xx" errors describes problems on server side.

Hey @allwaysFun , when these issues happen, when using the DeoVR app, can you create a log file and send it following the instructions from the screenshot (make sure to include the log number in your email) so the developers can check?
