Oculus Go Poor Battery life

Is there anyway to increase the battery life of the Oculus Go? , I'm lucky if it lasts 1 hour and 30 mins when fully charged .

There is a setting to preserve battery life. Try lowering the brightness and adjusting the time it goes to sleep when not in use. Unfortunately it wont make it last too long but it will die in less time if you have it fully charged and are using it. For some reason when you leave it on and come back to it days later its dead. Dont get why it consumes so much power when not in use but oh well.

Getmein Hi, everytime I use it I always charge it and keep it switched off, I will try turning down the brightness to see if it makes a difference, that's what I love about the PSVR it lasts for hours before needing charged, although it's a pain having all the cables, it would be good if the Oculus Go had some kind of device that could charge will you are using it.

To me the oculus go was very poorly designed. But i like it because it is standalone. No one has seemed to get the formula right on these devices. Cheap and affordable while also being good. But yeah there are actual batter optimization settings it should help keep it from dying as fast. It helps me somewhat but at most you will get like 3-4 hours on full battery if it even makes it that far tbh

Getmein When I use the Oculus Go on full charge I'm lucky if I get over 90 minutes , I have noticed when I browse and go on certain adult VR sites the battery drains really quick and then I get a warning Battery life low just 15% , it's annoying that's why I prefer to use the PSVR I can get over 3 hours watching my side loaded videos , do you know if it's the same with the Oculus Quest is it poor battery life ?
