Unable to load SLR site on oculus quest 2
loulou206 Just about to submit a ticket also. It looks like the problem is only effecting a few of us which makes me concerned the issue will not be prioritized the same way as if everyone was effected. Both the app and DeoVR have been down 99% of the time for me since Friday

Strange that it was briefly ok yesterday morning then again this morning but the other 99% of the time it's down.
I've submitted a ticket now, just hope they can find the issue and fix it pretty fast because it's just annoying now after 3 days

loulou206 Yes. From the reports I've also noticed most users being in the UK, France, Germany. Would interesting to know which ISP's are being used.
xxxscottyxxx This is our top priority right now. A bunch of us have been working this weekend specially for this issue.
Mind that everything I'm saying is circumstantial, not proof of anything.

Rakly3 my ISP is TalkTalk.
The service has run flawlessly for over 2 years until Friday.
When you say it may be out of your hands what does that mean please? That you won't be able to fix whatever the issue is? Where does that leave us, I have a lifetime sub, I paid a lot of money I can't be expected to have paid that for a service that no longer works. I really hope the team can do something to fix this

We are serious about fixing it. We start to track load performance and tracking every time when feed didn't load to investigate that. Also setting monitoring system in place to track server performance. Some of the servers in our network were overloaded and dev team didn't realize it in time. It solved the issue for most of the users once this got fixed

Would you mind just keeping us updated on here so we know how you are getting on and a rough timeframe for a fix rather than having to keep trying the headset. Thanks

Same issue. DEOVR is not loading SLR (other websites are working fine).
SLR is accessible on the quest browser, so I would disregard an ISP issue.
I'm from Belgium btw.
I did a memory clear, Not ok
I did an uninstall and install from Quest Store, Not ok
I did an uninstall and side load, Not ok
Hey doublevr, Dont want to bug you but are you any closer to identifying what the issue is yet so you can fix? Do you have any sort of idea how long this will take?
I know these things happen and I know you are trying to fix but its day 4 now of no access so its getting a little annoying. Thanks

Same for me...
After Haptics stop to work in May, now the website don't even load for days.
I'v just canceled my subscribtion, this is not serious.
xxxscottyxxx multiple things are being done to make sure this never happens or if it happens we can track it automatically and know the scope. Also adding extra options to report if things don't work right.
FYI on my end SLR is loading again in DeoVR just now on Tuesday August 22th 11h15 AM CET. This is only the second time it is working ok since Thursday August 17th, after a brief moment on Sunday August 20th. I will keep you posted if loading of SLR in DeoVR starts failing again.

What appears to happen (for me) the site will load, although very very slow for about an hour early morning UK time the after that it just wont load again for the rest of the day.
As I mentioned yesterday I know you are trying to fix it but it's now day 5 and Still no firm day for a fix, even if not good news I would prefer to know, is it going to be fixed today, is it going to be another 2 days...just sone sort of rough guide so we know what we are facing
