They will likely tell you to do the same on Discord, just so support issues all get routed to one central place - especially when any sort of Dev work might be involved like might be the case here.
For the 2nd question on your Speed Test ID - all that's needed is the Speed Test ID #, so if you send that along with the above info via the support ticket the team should be able to take a look.
