Is there a way to download and store locally the clips we bought? That would fix the streaming problem.

Edit: never mind, i found it (i was searching in VR but it's on the website).
I downloaded a video as 4 different formats (including the original 5k) and none will play. I'm just getting a black screen and the controls wont allow to play or fast forward. :-/

Philibert The black screen issue happens with local files? What device or headset are you using? Could you give me an example of the video, you are having trouble playing?

Philibert Yes, you can try sending us the Output log file for SLR which is located in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\SLR\SLR\ to support@sexlikereal.com email with a note that it's request from forum.
Otherwise, this only happens with local files, it works with streaming?
If it's just with local files, I don't think it's an issue with the connection. Not sure, if this would help, but it's usually a good idea to check installed codecs. We recommend HEVC, and one of these two: K-Lite or LAV filters.

Agreed. It has been a while now I am paying for a service that is unusable. Solution or refund ASAP.
Service has been unusable for weeks now, also thinking about cancelling unless we can get an update.
Unfortunately this might take quite some time to fix. Will post an update when we know more for certain.

SamSuppVR Speedtest id 3470. I work in IT and it is obvious what this issue is from these tests. Please either provide a solution now or cancel my account immediately. Credit for the last 3 months of service would be nice as it has been unusable. How can you continue to charge people for a service you must now know is unusable? This was the best service I have ever used till 3 months ago, then all of a sudden, bad. Please advise asap. Thanks.
