She is by all means a very attractive, talented, and successful woman. Hot is so subjective and open to interpretation by a wide range of tastes that its impossible to be subjective.
Is she hot? Yes, are there much hotter women out there? Absolutely! If you look at that nude picture of her above, you can see that she has high hips, making her look like she has square shaped hips instead of hour glass hips. Her face is pretty but as the comedian Andrew S. said, she is a 6-7 at best in Russia. Her body is just ok, there are plenty of porn stars with much better figures and faces in my opinion. I would personally choose a girl with a better face and lesser body any day of the week, or with a better body and lesser face.
I think for Hollywood she is definitely hot but in general there are women out there who are so much hotter than her.
