I’d like to put in a suggestion for SLR to hire someone to moderate the forums and comments.

Both SLR staff and users are passionate about VR Porn and its direction, and that is a great thing. It’s also great to have diverse opinions as this is how we get new ideas and innovate.

However, sometimes things are said in a counterproductive way that simply causes conflict rather than foster collaboration. A moderator can help by making sure both sides stay respectful.

I’m not sure how it’s currently being moderated, but it might be helpful to have a 3rd party with no skin in the game do it. The person’s only job will be to ensure nothing overly antagonistic is said on either side. The 3rd party won’t get worn down by negativity, because it is not even remotely directed at them.

I think sometimes users may say things without realising how harsh it sounds, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it impacts the well being of the SLR team. In the same vain, I sometimes see some of the SLR team being quite accusatory towards members that pushes them away further.

@justsomedude101 and myself are not SLR employees. But we do have NDA's.

For what it's worth, I've never censored any one. I did remove personal and private information in some posts.

doublevr That's not going to change much, as each moderator will have access to information he or she can't share. Automatically putting that moderater in the same position as the already existing moderators.
