LordCrash I haven’t seen said scene but I’ll assume it is good. We should be able to manage more than one a week though. Wankz/POVR manage to put 4 scenes out every week across their 3 studios and you can pretty much guarantee they’ll all be technically sound. They’re not all masterpieces but you know they’ll be watchable and well made. I don’t need every scene to be a masterpiece, it’s just porn at the end of the day, not Shakespeare. I just want them to be consistently good and then, when the stars align we get some special ones.

I literally go into every SLRO scene at the moment with bated breath, hoping it will be ok but there’s usually issues with them and I include Alex Nash’s scenes in that. I’ve heard his VRSpy stuff is better which begs the question why?

    I've been loving what VRB has been doing over the last year in terms of quality and variety using all of their sub-sites (vrbangers, vrconk, vrbtrans, etc) to fuel their main aggregator site (vrporn.com). Any thoughts from SLR on ever doing anything other than vanilla scenes? It seems like everyone is arguing about passthough lately, but I think the variety (for both model type and scenarios) has really dropped off. It's been very, very, vanilla for a while now here as far as the SLR originals go.

      Alex Mack's productions have been improving, and his castings are on point. His recent Chloe Amour and Sisi Rose scene was excellent.

      SimsenseMedia's regular VR scenes are pretty lackluster. Simsense's strength are with their PT scenes, so please do not drop Mack scenes for more Simsense scenes. This would make SLR Originals brand take a step back, IMO.

      Stan scenes added a nice variety, and they were shot in unique locations, and had some great European castings. I think he didn't have enough time to hone in on his productions. His scenes just started releasing, and now he's gotten feedback... It seems short-sighted to stop his productions altogether so soon. Unless, you intend to replace him with some seasoned Euro producer, I hope Stan / Euro productions stay as well. His camera positions just need to get dialed in, and his scenes need to encourage more intimacy, with "closer" action (leaning forward cowgirl, more face-to-face time, etc).

          doublevr if you are the number one site by a mile, as you say you are, go and get one, what are you waiting for? Headhunt one from another site who has a proven track record of producing high quality content.

            My personal favourite scene from the last few months is probably Nympho Alchemy with Angel Windell. Angel is just great to watch in that nympho role, I really hope we get to see more off her.
            I enjoyed the Layla & Molly scene, and the Venus Vixen scene too. They're the only ones that really spring to mind atm.

                Wankz and milf at one point went threw weeks or months of blurry picture cus they switched cams. Eventually it got fixed but it was blurry for a long minute

                Vrhush use to be a fave of mine but recent scenes their scales look to big. But that's a preference tho, maybe sum like that giant scale.

                And naughty America vr scenes? dont even get me started, it's a freaking roller coaster over there.

                So I'd agree studio's do have up and downs.

                Badoinkvr, is good but I occasionally see comments from others viewers that badoink does the same positions over and over, use the same formula, but once they try to switch it up and try something to please a small group of viewers everyone loses their mind, lol

                    I like the Layla/Molly scene too but I gotta admit. When I see both of them together, I find Molly Little much more attractive than Layla. There is just something about Molly Little's cute Bambi eyes but I get why Layla is so popular.

                    I will check out the Venus Vixen scene 🙂. I asked the question because I notice that you have a different taste in women to me but when I read your posts, I think you have good taste and have watched a few of the previous girls you have recommended or rated 🙂

                        Yes you are right. Also the recent Gaby Ortega scene on RealJamVR, what a mess that was, users reporting that Badoink are grainy, NA is blurry on 8K etc.

                        There is a clique who enjoy just bashing SLR, I noticed the other day they were liking the posts of some person who left the site because there was too much PT - they live for this kind of stuff lol

                                SchnuppiLilac I don't think so Bro, I think they just want to force SLR to go in the direction they want and are are very vocal about it. When you read their posts, you think there are lots of people speaking but in reality it's only about 5 users lol. This is why I point that out sometimes to them haha 🙂

                                Also SLR is a great value proposition for streaming and downloading large format files for a very competitive price. Imagine having to download these and store on SSD drives or other cloud services. You literally have exabytes of porn at your fingertips.

                                SLR give you the option of downloading massive 50gb files if you really want to appreciate your performer of choice.

                                The release volume of SLRO is much greater than what it was when many of them signed up, so regardless of PT they are still getting more scenes.

                                SLR get ridiculously hot talent that caters to pretty much all their user base.

                                The release volume of their partner studios, is significantly faster on SLR than it is for say POVR where its a trickle. FuckpassVR, VR Latina, RealJamVR etc and many other studios are much slower on other aggregators who predominantly release low value content from amateur studios.

                                The clique know these facts, they just don't give credit where credit is due in my humble opinion.

                                    This. It seemed like he wanted to listen to feedback and improve his production. It's pretty wild to fire him before he can even implement anything...

                                      theHobbit Realjam don’t appear to be a real studio to me, they just seem to farm out stuff to other studios to shoot for them. That Gaby Ortega thing was also a very rare aberration. They rarely have significant technical issues with their scenes.

                                      As for NA, VR is not their main focus. They are a 2d porn site that includes some VR scenes, not a dedicated VR studio.

                                      I’ll give you Badoink though, I think they’ve gone backwards.

                                      Also, no one is saying SLR are not good value in terms of the amount of third party content. They absolutely are, it’s the only reason that I’m still here. We are discussing their own “premium” in house content which is often far from premium quality. I’d say sites like WankzVR, POVRPremium, MilfVR, VirtualTaboo, DarkroomVR, CzechVR, VRBangers and XsinsVR all put out pretty consistently good looking scenes. I don’t go into any of their scenes expecting any major issues in terms of technical stuff. That doesn’t mean I love all of their scenes, far from it, just that they don’t fall down on technical aspects.

                                          Czech VR is the most consistent, then Badoink, and pretty much every one else is a shit show for consistency to varying degrees. SLR is actually well above average for technical consistency. But the most consistent studios technically are the most vanilla - they have a formula and it's pretty scientific. I don't know why some companies have a long run of solid productions and then suddenly they fall apart, whether it's a change of teams or rigs or what, but it seems quite common for studios to unlearn their craft. Like Virtual Real Porn - you guys used to be so good!

                                          I think a huge part of the problem is too many VR porn directors refuse to concede that VR is a science and you can't just wing it and put the camera / lights / performers where you want. It's not whimsical like 2d porn. It's slow, it's probably boring and hard work for the crew and the talent. You actually have to line everything up and develop a solid workflow. Be creative, sure, but only after you've nailed the technical side.

                                          Technically I see no major issue with SLRO scenes unless its obvious like the Penny Barber scene. I think POVR scenes are too bright though, I typically have to adjust for this in Heresphere.

                                          Also just to add to this, yesterday I watched a few new SLRO scenes which were very sharp for Stan Short and Simense. Had the option of setting them at 4000p so I did. The ones which had the lowest quality were the Alex Nash scenes which many people love as the highest setting was 2900p on this in Deo. All the scenes were fine to me. I thought Stan Short's Jia scene was quite nice. Maybe cos I'm a tall guy in RL, but generally I like all scenes quality wise from SLR.

                                              Yeah, I'd probably agree...but it's close. Molly is probably the cutest little thing in porn right now. I don't think I've seen that killer VR scene from her yet though (for me anyway.) Don't get me wrong, she's filmed some really good scenes, and we're lucky enough that she's filmed for pretty much every site, but I still think her best is yet to come. Personally I like to see her really get in character, and tease and seduce you with loads of great dirty/daddy talk. Maybe a stepdaughter scene where she teases and seduces you in the intro, like the first 15mins of Sera Ryder's scene for VRSpy - that was so hot! Then have a few really well done up close positions - like seated cg (see MM in her PornCorn scene), a decent close up mish like WVR always nail, maybe even some leaning back doggie so we can look into those eyes...all the while mixed in with kissing, whispering and some great dirty/daddy talk and face to face moments...and finish off with her begging for a creampie. I'd certainly watch that! What you reckon @alexnash?
