IMO The best way. Buy a bidet hose sprayer. I used to have one attached to my sink, but now I just use a long hose in the shower. I cute the back of the toys, so the canal has an opening in the back. Since the TPE is rubbery it still keeps it closed in use. Then you can use what ever you want to clean it, and just stick the sprayer in, and clean it supper easy really fast.
It has a switch, where you can switch from shower head to sprayer, or mix both.
To heat it, same thing, just hold it in and let hot water go through it for a while.
