  • AI Scripts updates and requests

Was there ever a response on when older scripts may receive an updated version? I'm a lifetime with scripts user but loathe DeoVR, so I buy for offline playback. I have eight pages of favorited vids I'm simply waiting on an updated script before purchasing as spending money on a 1.0.1 script with no evidence it will be updated (and no real machanism to be notified of such an event) is, imo, a bad investment. Thanks for the consideration.

Yeah I'm wondering why the older models like v.0.x and v1.1.x are even still in use.

I understand that it may not make financial sense to burn processing time to update ALL the older scripts. But why wouldn't you automatically use the latest when someone requests a re-processing or a new processing? Do the newer models like v1.4 have a higher processing resource cost?

    I added them to re-generation.

I'll re-generate them, thanks for pointing out odd versions. Will also check with devs.

I'm afraid no. Its hard to generate a script for lesbian scene even though it has some fingering.

Re-generation process always use the latest model. Can you show me an example of v.0.x script? I'm pretty sure we re-generated all of them once v.1.x was released.

Pointless leftfield question perhaps, but are you considering using an LLM to interpret vocal signals (anything from full on speech to grunts, moans, orgasmic screaming and the like) as a way to add 'imagination' to the script? Was originally thinking about it for JOI's, but more interestingly, maybe it could add texture to the blank bits in AI scripts when the AI can't see what's happening?

Also, less pointless question, how often do you do a mass regen for AI scripts? The slow incremental improvements really do make a difference. A quick search shows there's some v1.0.1's still out there from a year ago, which are completely blown out of the water by v1.4, to such an extent that i'd rather put them on a watchlist and wait.

Any idea when's the next regen likely? Will it be a complete overhaul, and bootstrap EVERYTHING up to v2.0 immediately...?

Added to the queue. I'll check with devs why they weren't generated automatically

I have a big question though before I go screwing things up for long term storage: Can I rename the scripts or how will a video recognise a script? What are the rules for renaming a script?

scenario: I have a video downloaded with its title. I rename it. I download a script that went along with that video and if I look for it again in my hard drive it will just say something like "slr_blossom_1298734786" or something. But somehow it finds that video, sometimes it doesnt seem to. Does it have to have every word of the video title in the name of the script letter for letter, or just a few words, or nothing and it just has another way to place itself?? I think thats my question. Like if I dump 20 scripts into my Meta headset and a few videos, how will it know which script is for what? Not renaming scripts is just not going to work for me, I have to store them and then find them when I need them. Hope my question makes sense Im sorta writing it out as Im thinking it

sogman As long as it matches the filename for the video, excluding the mp4 extension, you'll be fine.
