Adding AV1 VR porn support for Quest 3

bigloverofcoffee69 a newer video codec that compresses better than the the older alternatives that are currently in widespread use. hardware with support for av1 has been starting to become more readily available recently and quest 3 will probably be the first standalone headset to support it.

it allows for higher quality at the same bitrate/file size (or put differently... lower bitrate/file size for the same quality).

at this point its about our only hope for getting decent quality 8k from slr.

For SLRO 6K or 8K Original videos, smaller files with the same quality would be nice.
However, for streaming videos with reduced bitrates, I would rather appreciate better video quality at the same file size, although SLR seems to have other plans according to a recent blog post (...reduced bandwidth costs and a major boost for those users with less than ideal internet connections).
