    I'll be ordering mine as soon as it shows up on Amazon. Despite having a variety of different headsets, including a Quest Pro and Pimax 8kx, I STILL use the my Quest 2 probably 90% of the time due to easy of access and comfort.

    So if the improved FOV and Passthrough are accurate, I'm fully on board 😎

        Just ordered the 512GB model from BestBuy store pickup. So I should have it on the 10th.

        I don't think it will replace my Pimax 8KX setup, and I'm very much looking forward to the Pimax 12k QLED whenever it comes out, but I'm curious about PT, and I've been traveling more these days, so having a portable headset so I can watch VR porn everywhere I go sounds like fun =) Also, I like the idea of having a non-tethered headset again.

        Edit: Did anyone get any accessories? I know previously the elite strap was essential to help counter balance the weight and added more battery life, but since Quest 3's faceplate is closer to the face, it sounds like the counter balance isn't needed as much.

            Yeah, same here...not holding my breath since originally it was ballparked for Q4 of 2022, and now there's not a whole lot of info coming out while they're pushing the Crystal 😞

                  justsomedude101 yeah I agree - if they had 256gb option I may have gone for that for a few quid extra but for the extra I am saving that will sort my subscription out to SLR for another year almost 🙂

                    I totally agree, but when I travel (which I plan to use this for), 128GB can only hold like 15-20 scenes. I like to have some variety lol.

                    I wish the USB-C port could be used with a thumb drive, but I'm reading that it can't?

                      Did anyone find the AI stuff Zuckerberg was discussing interesting?

                      He said ai npc, I just thought about people who make virta a mate characters would be able to make them have conversations. Are they doing that now?

                      I wonder if virtamate will work on q3 with out being hooked up to a computer. 🤔

                      • Two Screens - this is a MASSIVE improvement from Leaks, a big boost for resolution!

                      • Decreased DRAM from 12GB (leaks) to 8GB

                      • LCD without a quantum dot layer

                      • Reduced in price outside America (smart move!)

                      • Allegedly the POV has increased. Let's hope this is accurate and perceptible.
