Hurto11 I just thought of something, lol you see a guy in his late 40s early 50s buying a headset q3, two reason he's buying it, 1 maybe for his kid or grandkids or 2 for him self and no way that 50 yr buying it for the games 🤣 🤦‍♂️

      SchnuppiLilac This sort of thing you won't know until you try because published specs for the chip don't detail that. My guess is that HEVC decoding is virtually the same as XR2 Gen1.

          Hairsational Strange thing is that the issue only occurs with videos that were released after SLR started filming in 8K again. There are older 8000x4000 videos with bitrates of up to 200 that could be played perfectly fine on Q2.

            there is another game that came from quest two...you could BUY the CLUB attachment additionally...think it started out at 45bucks and they RAISED the price quickly as demand went up after the youtube clip demos

            REAL golfers...could have issues in that it fucks with their game. less competitive golf enthusiasts like it

            ill have to hunt down the game and clips....should all be WAY better on q3...like everything

            i am kinda jazzed to just watch 2d content...will make chaturbate much better

            just saw different attachment...and prices coming down again. a diff attachment shot to over 100bucks

              Enjoy your new Quest 3 device that weighs 1/3 less than your previous Quest 2 model. Make sure to use it for exercising regularly as per your fitness goals. The chip will be fast no doubt.

                [deleted] Besides being wrong about the power (it's actually more than double), the pass-through resolution improvement does have a roughly 10x increase. This increase has nothing to do with the 30% pixel density increase of the screens. Pass-through resolution is determined by the capabilities of the passthrough cameras and the passthrough resolution that Meta is targeting. Being a naysayer is okay, but you should know what you are talking about.
