Something like this https://mount-it.com/products/mount-it-gas-spring-single-monitor-desk-mount-mi-1771?pr_prod_strat=copurchase&pr_rec_id=c260cebf2&pr_rec_pid=1491758841974&pr_ref_pid=6060285034651&pr_seq=uniform I had to build a stand to attach it to the bed. Plus I had to add weights to the top because it needed to weigh between 5 and 15lbs or it would just go up in the air. I'm a carpenter so I had all the tools to do it with no problem. It is very much worth it if you have the skills to do it.
