Yeah, it's been quite awhile. An update would be nice. They wrote something about how the quality isn't as good as quest pro or pico or something. But, it's not about the quality. XR Elite has more functionality and mobility than the quest pro for me. Plus, being able to load my steam games straight to the headset from my pc is great. That's why i didn't waste my money on that. I have myasthenia gravis and was recently diagnosed with cervical stenosis with myelopathy. In other words my neck can get weak and turning it certain ways can compress the nerves and send pain down into my shoulder and arm and make my hand go numb. It's not a great idea to lug a big quest pro on my head when I can use the XR Elite in glasses mode and deal with less pain. Hell, I can lay down flat and I don't have that annoying strap on the back either. I had to cancel my subscription due to my financial situation while waiting on my disability to go through. But, hopefully they will make some progress. When I am able I'll resubscribe. But, hopefully by then they will have a solution for us XR Elite users. Part of the problem is no one is making enough of a fuss about it. If there is no demand then they won't bother as much with it. Why waste time and money on something that isn't going to bring much of a profit and no one seems to be using? More people need to speak up if they want it. Otherwise it'll be left on the back burner.
