Had a similar issue almost 2 weeks ago. Purchased a single video using crypto, money was sent but the transfer was not complete in the 20-minute time frame. Now the money is gone and the purchase was cancelled. Wrote SLR support but so far no response...

Atm we don’t have any active support. Just dealing with urgent matters. It doesn’t seem possible to get someone immediately.

Things are going to be resolved yet it might take some time. We expect new support to join us in June.

Sorry to hijack this thread @philruiz1990 but I have exactly the same issue. I've been waiting for almost 1 1/2 month for a reply, and only received some generic confirmation when I submitted my issue.

It could be related to gas fees on the Ethereum network. Sometimes, transactions need a bit more gas to process smoothly. Check your wallet transaction history and see if there's info on gas fe eth. If you're unsure, the gas feedeth guide on MyEtherWallet might shed some light.
