muSLR wanted to share a quick comparison of how the upscaling to 5k is looking like.
It definitely adds a level of clarity. This is zoomed to 100% at 5k resolution and you can see it does sharpen the image quite a bit, but most of all it removes most of the noise and block artifacts.
I cant wait to see what else this guy puts out. Thanks again for sharing about him.

Yes i wish there were more and something that has more than just the same clip repeating over and over and great dialogue to follow with storyline of whatever the scene has to do with.

Bucket619 hell yes, the possibilities are literally endless. Imagine having a scene eventually where a user can then change face models, skin color, body variables, hell even characters completely and locations. I know that is essentially sounding like a VR game, but isnt that the endgame really, visuals that good with the absolute freedom aspects of a game if you want them?
metichemsi in this case iād go as far as just allowing for selecting choices with building own story/scenario. But yes pretty much would be cool to throw in a character of your choosing

muSLR sure thing, GCI like this honestly already looks good even with such low resolution but upscaling it to 5k really did make it noticeably sharper and cleaner for me. I'm more of a pixel peeper so any increase in resolution is always worth it to me, specially in great scenes. Best of luck with that software and I hope you also get some good results.

I'd be interested, I've seen sum vrp game graphics, and they looked pretty good, but I had a thought...I thought man if this looks any realer one day they could ban human porn and replace it with computer generated porn.

So what they do is get like a 90 sec acapella of a singer, example say they use a 2pac acapella, they'll put that file in a folder and add a song they wanna put 2pacs voice on, so say they use a Eminem song, they put the files together in this program and switch Eminem voice with pac and you got 2pac rapping a Eminem song...and actually sounds like pac, apparently someone did a drake song, dude produced it rapped it but switched out his voice with drakes, lol sounds like a new drake song.
Which had me thinking, if this could be done in vr? We could use Jenna Jameson voice and have one of these new hotties sounding like Jenna Jameson.
Or even use actual porn star voices on them animated vr vids,

Update: so i went down a rabbit hole and found nothing but wild AI generated women and its crazy how real they look 
and if that could be used to create the cgi models for VR, that would be damn amazing

Vrsumo2017 yea, I have played a few, so far I'm really only a fan of one, VRParadise, its a virtual stripclub and they have the best VR graphics I have seen so far.
Let me know if you know of any other that you have come across on steam that has similar or better visuals

Vrsumo2017 I may be in tinfoil territory here, but given all of the advancements in AI recently, I dont think its that wild to assume that pretty soon there will be a tool that can analyze a 2D video and generate a super realistic model of a person. Imagine photogrammetry but on crack powered by AI. Just imagine the applications here, a smart system that can find and extract it's own still from a video and use as many as it wants, regardless of other actors or backgrounds. A smart system that if you feed it, for example a 3d porn scene. It can detect the subject of your choice, go through every single frame of the 30-40 minute video and gather every single possible angle and texture off each frame and generate a full CGI model of the girl. Once you have something like that u can simply drop that asset on a game or or CGI scene. I may be completely off base here but I think the next IP wars will be about our likenesses. Just think of how much content people have out there, on social media and porn, just to name a few. People already can take a few clips of your voice and create an AI version of it that is already quite good. Is it really that hard to believe that AI can speed up the same process but from video and do it much better than the already existing methods out there. Hell, we already have AI starting to generate some rudimentary videos from text prompts. This is why I have started to hoard some VR and nonVR porn of my favorite scenes and actresses in the highest available resolutions. It may not, but just in case, I want to make sure I have a good stash before that Pandora box is opened and we have to start paying more for content because of the IP'ing of likenesses because of the rise of AI.
