My balance has disappeared - shows $0.00

I top up my balance with $50 (+$5 bonus) whenever it gets low, and a week after topping it up, it's suddenly gone to zero. I bought 1 or 2 scripts, so should be > $40. Also scripts aren't priced in whole numbers so it would never be exactly $0. I sent a message to support a couple of days ago, no reply yet (I know they're busy) but just wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue? There's a couple of scripts I want to buy but I'm stuck until my balance is restored.

vrpicasso I happened to just respond to a support ticket on this issue maybe an hour ago, though not sure if you use a different username here vs the actual SLR site. If you did indeed send in a support ticket, please check your inbox since you may have just gotten that response.

And if that wasn't you and you haven't yet reached out to support, please do so using this form. We'll need to pull up your account info to see what's going on, and obviously don't want any personal info posted here : )

vrpicasso I’ll tell you what probably happened. Do you sub to multiple VR sites? Do you use the same user/pw on those sites? If so, then odds-on your username password combo wound up on a list for sale or available for free if you know where to look. Badoink or VRB or any of many sites gets hacked, your common credentials are on the list that leaks, and voila: someone’s using it to login wherever they can. They get a hit on SLR and now spend your balance tipping VR Cam girls. Happened to me too.

argyle43 No, I found out what happened, paypal terminated my account and rejected the top-up transaction - presumably because of porn but they don't tell you why. Most subs are quite discreet but when you top up with SLR the words "sex like real" are in the epoch / paypal info which may have been the trigger.

Crypto bull market is revving its engines. I reckon in the next two-four years it will go more mainstream and then adopters will be free to buy what they want, when they want, with a form of money that won’t have its value eroded by corrupted policy makers.

vrpicasso Are you sure termination was not by mistake or whether there is another reason? Why should Paypal terminate accounts for buying adult content when at the same time they do process payments for 'mature audience content' providers?

vrpicasso There is zero chance this is because you used PayPal (presumable through the Epoch option) to make a purchase on SLR. Epoch and Paypal work together and they specifically have a green light to allow adult sites PayPal (normally PayPal does not allow digital adult transactions). There is another reason the account was terminated.

I'll never be able to prove it because paypal don't tell you what you did wrong, but I mostly use paypal for netflix and SLR and it was the SLR transaction which got blocked. Reading reddit threads, paying for adult services can be a trigger. Maybe it's because of my location - I'm not in the USA.
