I'm on the Quest app. I was able my first purchase with no problem, but no matter what I do, I haven't gotten to get my 2nd purchase to go through. Every time it says my card was declined. I definitely entered all of my information correctly, I double checked. I called my credit card fraud prevention department three times, and they assured me that although there was a block on my card and they see three declined charges, the block has been removed and I should not experience any further issues. They say that my latest declined attempts to complete the purchase are not showing up on their end and that it must be a problem on the merchant's end and I should contact the merchant. So I'm here doing that. How can I get this purchase to go through? Thank you!
