Hi People, I followed all the steps above and still have no luck. I can connect Keon through haptics on my iPhone no problems and its works in manual mode only. I've logged in to SLR through the haptics app and pressed the "CONNECT SLR TO HC APP" it then take me to the above screenshot Mousey has posted. Any ideas... me and the missus want top get back to VR porn 
Also can anyone show me where you allow permissions? is this in the haptics app? headset? app setting in iPhone?
jimbobinfc - go to your phone settings -> permissions -> allow ALL for haptics connect app
Setting - haptics connect - bluetooth on. background refresh on and mobile data on that's all I have?
