I'd like to give a shoutout to everybody at SLR. You've been doing an incredible job at community management for the past couple of months.
You've sought feedback when needed. When appropriate, you follow through and pass on feedback to the relevant teams. Even when users might be frustrated at you or at other users, or when you don't necessarily agree with an opinion, you've remained calm and professional. You make sure you don't say anything that may add fuel to the fire.
It's been so refreshing to see the forums so civilised. Honestly, you've completely surpassed my expectations at how quickly things have improved. Please keep up the great work!
