So it's happening again- unable to log in to my account, saying an email will be sent for me to reset my passwrod...but NO EMAIL. This is just hours after my subscription was paid! Can someone sort this out please, this isn't the first time. Maybe I should just stay with povr...

I have the same issue. Logged in fine yesterday, but have tried today and just get a message saying and email will be sent, although of course no email arrives as I hadn't entered an email address.
