  • Automate casting suggestions and script requests

Curious what would be the best way for SLR user interface to keep track of performers suggestions and script requests.

For scripts we plan to release "Request" button for each video.

For performers we really want to be creative. We can have a gallery like https://www.sexlikereal.com/pornstars with open performers submissions. You can request it and we can have it ongoing every time there's something new about her. I've just created this https://forum.sexlikereal.com/t/casting section to see how it goes.
We can set a status: Inactive, Retired, No VR, Exclusive, etc.

We really want to accomplish community effort and get the best of girls into VR 🔥🌚

          doublevr Great idea! My only concern is that many people won't know who the performers are without seeing a picture first. Is there a way to also display a thumbnail of each girl?

              dango789 only by adding Pornstar requests section to the slr site where we can have everything. If we see more threads created we will definitely move it to the site UI

                  Don’t know if they still do this but Brazzers used to have a button to press to request someone for a scene. I think you were allowed so many requests per week/month or something and couldn’t pick the same girl more than once in that period. You’d go to the girl’s profile page and just click ‘Request a scene’ or something like that. Not sure if they ever took any notice though obviously.

                  Is that something you could include on the model profile pages in DeoVR and/or the SLR app?

                  And I don't think it's a good idea to trash the forum with a shitload of one-post threads...

                  But if it has to be the new way of doing things I suggest to add a [Casting] before the girl's stage name in the thread title, so that the forum trashing is at least a little bit more handable...

                        So far it seems like better way to follow-up.

                            Is there a way to have one main casting suggestion thread on the main page? But when you click on it, you see all the individual sub-threads for each performer?

                            That way the main forum page isn’t cluttered up with a bunch of individual actress threads.

                              doublevr Script request button would be awesome! I'm not sure if it would be hard to implement, but it would also be fun to see the number of votes and sort unscripted videos by how many votes they have. That might make it easier for people to browse videos to vote on

                                  doublevr Perhaps you could integrate it with a modified version of the Pornstars page? You can then use the number of favourites to deduce how popular the performers are among the general SLR customer base.

                                  For example, if a performer has 2k likes but only 5 videos, and none of them are hardcore, then it's very likely that their VR hardcore debut will be a success.

                                  Keep in mind that number of likes in isolation is not a good metric. For example, there might be an absolute stunner with only one video. Many people may not have seen that video. On the other hand, a performer with 50 different videos will have more exposure and have more opportunities to be added to a users' favourites.

                                  For this reason, likes per video would be a more appropriate metric. If a performer has 5k likes with just one video, they're a relatively safe casting bet.

                                  As for new performers without any existing videos, one solution might be to allow SLR users to create a pornstar page for them and allow users to vote on them with likes.

                                        doublevr The problem with only featuring the performers' names is that there'll be a heavy bias towards big stars with recognisable names.

                                        If there are 100 different suggestion threads, most users won't click through to each thread to see what each girl looks like.

                                        But this way, you miss lesser-known performers like Macy Meadows, Amber Stark, Madi Collins, Demi Hawks, Kitty Cam, Katrina Reed, and Liz Jordan, whose SLR videos were all an immense success with 4.5k - 7k+ likes each

                                          It’s just more spaghetti being thrown at the wall. This site gets messier and messier, less and less focused by the week 🤦‍♂️

                                          Forum just turned into chaos with all these single threads. FFS create separate forums if you insist on separate scenario and performer threads by the hundreds. What’s next? Favorite position posts?

                                          I know. Create a new tag where your thousands of users can post additional crazy harebrained ideas and implement every single one in production on a whim without any testing or think-through.

                                          Meanwhile here’s the new norm on the one thing customers actually care about here:
