I've always liked petite, slender, fit/athletic and natural women, so in the world of porn I'm usually attracted to the younger talent. Age isn't really a problem, It just seems in porn though, as they get older, they have a tendency to get fake boobs, lip fillers (the worst!) and put on weight etc... and I lose interest as this happens. There are exceptions like Aiden Ashley, but they are few and far between.

I am in my mid 30's now and I have really taken towards older women in their 30's as well, a little thicker, this scene of Jennifer White to me is her absolute prime, so far, her body and looks are exactly what I am into right now. I know it's probably not everyone else taste but she has aged like fine wine. I actually did not find her very attractive in her early scenes, but her body and face in this scene are top notch.

Also a body like hers is something you have to experience or you just wont know what you have been missing out on, and once you do, a slim body just doesn't compare.
I'd like to see less 'MILFS'. Although it seems to be better lately they are stil too overrepresented imo. I tend to find the vast majority really unattractive. Going back to the original point I think your age can affect the type of girls you like in porn because fashions and trends change over time. When I was a teenager growing up, men were much more obsessed with big tits. The newspapers in the U.K. had topless girls on page 3 and they were all girls with huge tits. It made stars out of girls like Samantha Fox, Linda Lusardi and others, they were literally household names and every mans fantasy. You also had Baywatch on TV with Erika Eleniak and Pamela Anderson with huge boobs. That was what all of us teen boys grew up fantasising about and that’s who we still probably look for in porn to a degree.
Fast forward to now, post the whole size zero waif movement and who are your big female sex symbols? Gal Gadot, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Rihanna? I’m not saying these are size zero by the way, absolutely not, but big boobs no longer seem to be such a big deal as they were in the 80’s so kids growing up in the last 10 years or so won’t have that same Jessica Rabbit type fantasy woman that us older people have.
Obviously I’m generalising here, not everyone from any era likes the same thing and some guys just want to see teen girls no matter how old they get but I do think the fashion in your formative years probably has an effect.

I think it has less to do with time and age (at least not in the last 40-50 years) but more with your socio-economic background and simply the environment you grew up in etc.
It's imho a false receiption that in the 80s, or 90s or the early 00s there were only sex symbols with big tits. Maybe you only remember those who you were personally into at that time but it doesn't mean that there weren't a lot of females with rather small or medium sized boobs during the last 40 or 50 years who were generally perceived as sex symbols at the time.
Take e.g. Sharon Stone, Kim Basinger, Cindy Crawford, Demi Moore, Julia Roberts, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kelly LeBrock, Brooke Shields, Liv Tyler, Bo Derek, Carrie Fisher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Denise Richards, Emmanuelle Béart and many more. Some of them had smaller boobs and some of them bigger boobs. Almost zero of them had giant tits or even giant fake tits or whatever.
It's right thought that during the 90s and early 20s big tits were trendy, but imho only in the porn industry and the blue-collar boulevard (like the UK yellow press you mentioned). I'm not sure whether this was a reaction to huge demand for huge tits bakc then or rather a reaction to growing possiblities of getting huge tits due to the upcoming surgery options. Imho it was a rather short time though, maybe lasted 5-10 years top. And I guess it's also a national or rather local question since in the UK, for example, big tits still seem to be much more popular than e.g. here in Germany. But I guess there is some kind of more in-depth scientific research to be made on the topic, it's a lot of guessing involved here...
And since you mentioned Erika Eleniak: she had "only" medium-sized boobs. They were just very well presented (and pretty jammed) in these red swim suits... 
I'd bet a huge majority of guys would say that she has a fucking hot body now as they had said it like 20 years ago...
