Hi Alex,
I just checked out the latest Melody Marks scene last night. All I can say is WOW! Great scene!
Melody is just fantastic as usual! She really is one of the top VR performers! She really knows how to engage the viewer.
Loved the plot. And the “Daddy” talk. I also loved the extended kissing segment. When kissing is done well, like Melody did in this scene, it really gives you phantom sensations of her breath on your face.
I thought the closeup missionary camera position was good. Many directors have the camera below the actress’s eye level. So you’re kinda looking up their nostrils. But you had it at her eye level. Which I prefer. Perhaps the camera was right at the edge of being too close to her face. I think you could have backed off just a tad. Maybe an inch? But I did like Melody coming in for kisses while in closeup mish. Something you don’t often see. Overall, I think that shot was a winner.
Now, I already left some feedback about this in the Production and Post production Feedback thread. I don’t know if you saw it.

And I know this scene was shot before I posted that. But I think it’s important enough to repeat here.
I really don’t think the camera is positioned the best for the seated cowgirl. Don’t get me wrong. It’s actually pretty accurate to the view one would get in real life. But I don’t think it’s optimal for VR.
IRL, your vertical FOV is nearly 180 degrees. So even when you’re that close to the girl, your eyes are capable of taking most of the view. But in VR, your vertical FOV is approximately 90 degrees. So I find myself constantly moving my head up and down trying to enjoy the entire view. And if the girl starts bouncing up and down on his cock too quickly. Her body just becomes a blur.
Also IRL, during seated CG, you can suck the women’s tits, kiss her lips, neck, motorboat her, etc…So being that close isn’t a problem. But in VR, we are limited to the visuals only. And the camera being that close doesn’t give us the best visuals.
I noticed looking at the thumbnail, that the male performer (John Strong?) has a pillow under his torso. I also seen a rolled up towel in other scenes.

If it isn’t too uncomfortable for him. I was hoping you could ask him to remove the pillow. Move his hips closer to the front edge of the couch. And recline his torso even further. This would give you the room to back up the camera module a little. I know this would probably be hard on his neck. But I think even a few inches would make a big difference in terms of the watchability for the viewer.
I’m sorry for the long post. And for harping on this point. But I do feel it is an area that can be improved.
All that being said, I absolutely loved this scene! I hope you book Melody again when she returns from Japan. She really is my favorite performer! Great job to you and your crew! Thanks for reading Alex.
