got an error saying browser doesnt support webxr but it does. performance was pretty bad too... dropping frames at 1440p 90 hz. cant see myself ever using it even if that stuff was fixed. native apps are always better.

    The same thing happens here. It gives an error but lets you enter and the video has a frame drop.

    Works good and the slr main menu looks crisp

      rerun119 I don’t understand anything over here anymore. everything is splintering into a thousand disjointed pieces. the one thing I do understand is we’re no longer getting consistent excellence any more … like this from better days at SLR:

          argyle43 There is a Dev team that works entirely on the app, website, and various features of both. They have absolutely nothing to do with the Production teams or SLR Originals, completely independent.

          Feel free to voice complaints about SLR Originals as much as you'd like, but please keep it to relevant threads.

                  argyle43 That's a totally fair question, and I think the content and the delivery system are probably co-equal. Can't have one without the other, and if you're not at least trying to innovate in both areas, you'll get left behind. It's a delicate balance though and impossible to always get right. The only safe move is to never change, and even still, that way lies death.

                      Mutiny I always appreciate your measured and thoughtful replies. Double started a new thread outlining a roadmap. On one hand it makes me very nervous because of the splintering in a thousand disjointed pieces feeling I’m getting which I also bring up here, and to some extent here as well. But, yes I must respect justsomedude101 and save these reservations for the applicable thread(s).

                      On the other hand, that same new thread seems to also suggest that you’re taking on a larger role at SLR and if I’m reading that right I could not be happier about that 🥳

                            She has definitely changed her appearance fairly dramatically over the last year+. Was pretty surprised when I looked her up again a few months back.

                                      justsomedude101 I still didn't get an answer on who would use this over an app video player. I don't even know how to use it or where you find it. Is it better in some way?
