Pico 4 official DeoVr store app not connecting to slr.

Hello,

I already had the sidequest version installed and yesterday installed the pico store version.

However it wont load into slr. I can load and play deovr and google etc. but slr is just spinning dots.

Should I do a factory reset? Or what could be the issue?

Twisted Hey, are you maybe downloading something on the same internet connection? If so, try pausing and try again.

eos666 Hey, thanks for confirming, we had our testers double check. It does load, but we noticed it takes longer if you are downloading at full speed on same internet connection.

Maybe because it goes through Chinese servers or something? 🤔

Thank you for the quick response.

I think I did not have any downloads running.

Although you never know if a game or so updates in the background.

Streaming from DLNA worked.

Maybe just a hickup. Will try again when time allows and let you know.

As I updated/downloaded from store and did not check sidequest version again before im not sure if it would have behaved the same.

But if it works for you im quite positive in worst case a factory reset should fix it ✌️
