That camera seems unsuitable for vr (it's too big for BG and you'd also need the space for two side by side)
The xtal is getting old imo (resolution is last gen for the very high end with that FOV) and the varjo x3 is really nice but still has major vertical FOV limitations which really sucks (in a bad way) for porn. Personally would set my hopes on Pimax 12k or Somnium VR 1.
Some more involved haptics would be nice but I doubt we'll see something like that for quite some time.
Don't mean to be a bummer btw, I just tend to look a lot into future VR tech as well.
More realistically I'd like to see 10k or even 12k at 60fps and good bit rates during this generation of video cards. It will require some ingenuity and a custom rig but I would just love to have that bump in time for my 12k when it arrives. One can hope 🙂
