R2368 Deovr on Gearvr has lost my credits and VR membership. I CANNOT stream or Cam... Tried reinstall deovr.... My amount is ok on laptop/phone but not in VR. im losing benefits daily. I've already sent requests 3 days ago, no reply/acknowledgement.... Come on guys

R2368 Hi , sorry for delay ,I still can't use my credits when using Gearvr Deovr . It shows 0 balance. Other platforms I can see and use my balance. I did not receive a ticket no for my initial enquiry on this forum Any help appreciated
