So . . . I'm new to the party on pass through. I just got a Pico 4 last week. Pass through is a mind-blowing next level experience for me on certain videos.

And . . . I thought that we can only make the "pass through" videos pass-through.

But now that I see you've got these settings for my all time favorite--well, how do I make pass-through work on a non-pass-through video?

Or won't that work on Pico 4?

      mebejoe it works on Pico 4, hell! thats the only reason I bought the pico for was the color pass-through, I was using quest 2 but it's in black n white, still was fun using tho 👍

      But the videos I post here with the settings I'll put the pt #s in the comments section of the video too so you can see them in vr and put them in pt settings, and also slr adds the #s as presets so you'll just have to turn on the pt and the #s are set already, instant pt!

      Here's where the pt greenscreen videos and regular vr with presetted #s are, they not all in there yet, they update it when they can.

      But with regular vr videos it varies from video to video or from position to position just depends on the background.

      So to the right in the deo player in the settings there's an eye icon click on that, then up top turn on pass-through and the sliders going down that's where you put the #s in going down in order, it could be #s you find here we post or try on any video you watch, a good method is like this going down on any video you watch.

      That usually works, if not then try putting that chrome wheel circle thing on green and move the color range around.

      And if that doesn't work just move all the sliders around, but at that point the video might not work well with pt, just move on to another video.

      I usually look at the trailers while it plays while you point at it and look at the background, any white, Grey or solid light colors work best.

      But yeah, it's great! Some users are very anti-pt lol but it just there as an option 🤷‍♂️

          Pass-through pro tip!

          Horizontal offset? Use it for scaling purposes
          If the models look to small in your room move to the right but use the + so it move one notch, move it one, look at the picture, needs more? Move one again.

          Same if the models are to big move to the left, use the -, move it one, look at the picture, still to big? Move it one again.

          Using sliders moves it to fast. Use + or -

          Also using sharpness moved to right helps picture look better if needed. 👍

            Vrsumo2017 I have the Pico 4 and it's pretty awesome for PT but if the Q3 lives up to its hype I'll be switching. Btw, amazing thread you have going bro. You are a God among men. Is there by any chance, videos of Nancy A somewhere in here? Or possibly Lexi Dona??

                Vrsumo2017 I think you should keep doing what you do. The more green screenish the better of course, but those are hard to come by. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for videos that I think would work and let you know about them.

                  VRLover69 it works great for pt! Way lighter then the quest 2, not to much of a fan of the battery in back cuz I've always had a strap. But over all it worked out pretty good, plus I bought a amvr faceguard, swapped out their leather cushion for my fabric cushion, fits perfectly and it made the pico 4 fit way snuggier and comfortable on my face.

                  I'm still gonna get the q3 tho, suppose to be two times powerful then q2 and qpro but no face tracking, which i can care less about, I don't need the headset tracking my O face
