Vrsumo2017 Still waiting on new greenscreen video release
Anyone know when?

Hello, this thing on? ...hello?

Looks like Alexa Payne's scene should be out within the next week 😃

Vrsumo2017 I wasn't sure if it was possible. It's an odd color background and there were too many signs on the wall. Thanks anyway though.

    Cool tip for pt users

    Quest 2 users
Get you a maneuverable lamp you can move the head of the lamp around, and get you a Bluetooth light bulb that has color options, if you put it on any color or turn brightness down you can make it look like you In a noir scene, but can still see sum of your bg, move the light head around see what works for you.

Quest pro pico 4 users get a maneuverable lamp too and Bluetooth light bulb.
I'm assuming if you use a color light, example, red you be able to use the image settings in deo to match models body's to your color of choice.

You'd be able to turn darkness down make it look like you In a noir scene.

    I use a lamp light only. 🤷‍♂️

Good example here, see them objects to the right and left? If they were out of the room and the floor was a light color like white or Grey it would of worked like a green screen production.

Maybe "slr pass through" can try a room like this 🤷‍♂️

Oh, and the bed stays in due to the coloring, but I'm fine with it in i like both, but sum like it out so white sheets or light Grey sheets might work just as good.

We'll have a decent pt and it be watchable for non pt viewers and everyone happy 😊 lol

Vrsumo2017 I will say that if you take out the things on the right and left them it feels like a sterile room to me. The SLR euro team shot their scenes in bare rooms with nothing on the walls or nothing on the bookshelves. It doesn't look like someone lives there at all. It looks like a model home. I want it to look like a beautiful bedroom not a sterile white wall room. PT and non PT people are always going to see these things differently.

        rerun119 lol, I be haf G, sometimes I don't even remember wth I'm commenting about 🤤

        Idk G, but I ordered a pico 4! 🥳
Should be here Wednesday or sooner, hopefully everything goes good with it, no hardware issues

Let's see how this pt looks with color 🤔

rerun119 I want it to look like a beautiful bedroom not a sterile white wall room

But G, we trying to find a middle ground here, non pt users don't like the green screen background, pt users take it out with the pass through options, but a room set up like this works for both viewers. I'm fine with the objects to left and right I'm not focused on that. I'm just saying instead of adding in green background they could set the room up to be usable for pt. I find many scenes that work like green screen using the pt options, but I don't think the pt options will ever work as good as it does with a green screen background, idk G it's a weird argument, lol it got so bad slr had to add a button to hide pt videos like jav videos 🤣 , I'm glad they added the "slr pass through" section tho. It should be it's own studio away from regular slro scenes.

        Idk, I'm haf 👍🤷‍♂️

Vrsumo2017 Maybe I miss understood what you meant. I thought you were saying they should start shooting regular scenes with nothing in the room so that you could make them PT better. I think you now mean that this is an example of how they could shoot a pt video so it would work for both. Am I right? That is what you meant?

Vrsumo2017 we trying to find a middle ground here

There is no middle ground. Nobody likes bad compromises.

rerun119 I think you now mean that this is an example of how they could shoot a pt video so it would work for both.

Yeah, they could. But I think slr already came up with a solution 🤷‍♂️

Another thing would be for them to look at Czech vr scenes, maybe it's lighting they use but sum their scenes work really good with the pt options.
